We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee ticketing and pricing strategy, sales data analysis, and industry research for clients including Broadway shows, Off-Broadway shows, and cultural institutions across New York City. This candidate should possess a unique combination of sales acumen, ticketing skills, and analytical thinking to support ticketing for clients both on a strategic level and a tactical level. A successful candidate for this position will be able to make data-driven recommendations using sales data, effectively communicate those recommendations to internal teams and external clients, implement ticket programming and optimizations, and accurately measure results overtime.
