About The Position

The National Western Center (NWC) is seeking a talented Ticketing Supervisor to support the ticketing manager and department with all ticketing needs. This role involves working with the Ticketing Manager to create a seamless ticketing process for the NWC across its three ticketing platforms for clients and attendees. The position will collaborate with ticketing partners, clients, and part-time/volunteer staff, supporting the broader ticketing team. This is a multifaceted job offering professional development opportunities within a small, nimble, collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial team focused on accelerating the growth of a new events hub and innovation campus in Denver, Colorado.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in events, operations, and facilities.
  • Experience in Arena, Convention, Stadium is helpful.
  • This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending for long periods of time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with engaging with Clients and ticketing companies on whatever level is needed per event, including assisting with setting up online ticketing depending on platform.
  • Assisting with ticket sales and managing inventory, verifying proper access to the venue.
  • Assisting with interfacing clients and guests to ensure all needs are met and a positive guest experience is created.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining online ticketing platforms, including pricing, ticketing types, and promotional codes.
  • Supporting with ticket sales through various channels, including online, phone, and in person.
  • Assisting guests with ticketing inquiries, addressing issues, and providing a positive guest experience.
  • Utilizing strong CRM skills, learning and training multiple ticketing platforms, and engaging with all event reporting.
  • Working with part-time and volunteer programs that assist with ticketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
