About The Position

This position is responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical programs from initiation to delivery. The role involves managing R&D, NPI, and manufacturing activities to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules. Key responsibilities include defining program scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, as well as creating and managing detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. The role requires monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring accountability across all teams. Additionally, the position involves maintaining cost models, driving improvements, interfacing with customers, communicating program status to stakeholders and executive leadership, and driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in optical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or other opto-electronic discipline.
• 15+ years in technical program management or product line management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent formal and informal communications skills, including written and oral discussions.
• Ability to function effectively in both technical and business environments.
• Able to function in English.

Nice To Haves

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
