As the Sr Manager for the MTAP Talent Initiative, this role is critical in aligning HR strategy with McKesson’s talent priorities, focusing on driving execution, improving processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Las Colinas (Dallas) up to one week per month.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and Program leadership to translate MTAP objectives into actionable plans that support enterprise talent priorities.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and MTAP-related events to ensure time is used effectively and decisions are well-informed.
  • Work across HR teams and partner groups to streamline processes, improve workflows, and remove barriers to execution.
  • Lead and facilitate MTAP governance forums, ensuring decisions are clear and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage MTAP initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Provide analysis and reporting to demonstrate MTAP impact and inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation within talent strategy.
