Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in HR, program management, operations, governance, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs within large, complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience preparing project plans, status reporting, analytical outputs, or governance materials to support decision-making
  • Comfort using AI technology and digital tools to support coordination, reporting, and day-to-day execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating established processes, policies, and organizational dynamics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR Strategy & Governance, HR Transformation, PMO, or operations-focused environments
  • Experience supporting budget management activities such as forecasting, expense tracking, headcount reporting, or vendor coordination
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, workforce or HR metrics, and use of data to monitor progress and performance
  • Experience supporting training materials, content libraries, brand governance, or communications collateral in a business setting
  • Interest in automation, process improvement, AI, or digital tools that enhance collaboration and execution
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification in business, HR, project management, or a related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and implementation of projects, programs, and initiatives within HR and across the organization
  • Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource inputs, status updates, and meeting materials for assigned initiatives
  • Coordinate with HR and functional partners, including Finance, Brand Marketing, Sourcing & Procurement, to support alignment, communication, and delivery across initiatives
  • Use available tools and technology, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate, to track progress, improve collaboration, and support integration across teams
  • Support stakeholder engagement and change management activities within assigned programs
  • Shape HR governance practices by identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring consistent, scalable execution across the portfolio
  • Act as a resource and thought partner to team members, sharing best practices and guiding less experienced colleagues on program delivery and tools
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and use of AI-enabled tools to improve program execution and decision support.
  • Support visibility to competing HR priorities, timelines, and dependencies to inform planning and sequencing of delivery activities
  • Coordinate with HR leadership, HRBPs, Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, and other partners to support alignment of initiatives with business cycles and HR processes
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource considerations across assigned workstreams, escalating issues as needed
  • Lead implementation planning and execution within established scope, priorities, and governance expectations
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, summaries, and other analytical outputs to support visibility to progress and performance
  • Work with people analytics and other data partners to gather inputs, track metrics, and support target-setting based on internal and external insights
  • Interpret data and translate findings into clear, concise narratives and executive-ready materials for stakeholders
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with governance and decision-making needs
  • Provide operational support for HR Strategy & Governance activities, including preparation of materials, coordination of routines, and follow-up on action items
  • Lead & influence development and maintenance of team materials, resources, training collateral, and content libraries as needs evolve
  • Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to coordinate meetings, updates, communications, and implementation activities that support effective execution
  • Support budget-related activities such as forecasting inputs, expense tracking, headcount monitoring, and vendor payment coordination in partnership with Finance and budget liaisons
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and execution practices to support operational consistency and efficiency
  • Use sound judgment and effective collaboration to help advance work, remove obstacles, and support delivery across the strategy and operations portfolio
