The role of Sr. Manager, Talent Management is for a strategic and collaborative practitioner who will lead several talent management initiatives. This individual will oversee all aspects of the performance management process, including selection & development assessments, and the design/redesign of leadership programs, as well as mid-year and end-of-year processes. The Sr. Manager will enhance the Team Member and leader experience through clear, easy-to-implement processes and resources. This role serves as the subject matter expert on selecting, onboarding, performance managing, engaging, and retaining talent, working closely with the PeopleWorks, Leadership Development, Training, and Belonging & Wellbeing teams on relevant tools, processes, programs, and resources.
