About The Position

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Systems is responsible for leading initiatives that strengthen supply chain visibility, enable advanced technology adoption, and ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems. This role requires expertise in SAP and IT-driven process optimization, with the ability to analyze and optimize the entire supply chain lifecycle—from material sourcing to finished goods shipping, and Order to Cash. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving digital transformation and ensuring operational excellence across supply chain functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in SAP supply chain modules and global systems governance.
  • Experience in global supply chain visibility tools, analytics platforms, and systems integration.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of SAP supply chain modules, ensuring alignment with global business requirements and governance standards. MM, SD, WMS Modules.
  • Establish and enforce frameworks for system usage, data integrity and compliance, across supply chain platforms. Including IBP and SAP ECC and S4/HANA.
  • Integrate advanced analytics and IT capabilities within SAP and related systems to enhance forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning, purchasing functions and Customer Service.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into procurement, production, inventory, and distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with SAP upgrades, enhancements, and global system harmonization.
  • Promote ethical and effective use of IT technologies, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable improvements in supply chain performance.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and deployment of emerging technologies that enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and agility across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP, ERP, MES, WMS, and other digital platforms to create a unified, interoperable global supply chain ecosystem.
  • Drive automation initiatives and embed IT-enabled analytics into core systems to support predictive forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning.
  • Establish governance frameworks that standardize processes and data flows across regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain integrated dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into global supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to harmonize system enhancements, upgrades, and technology rollouts across the business.
  • Promote continuous improvement by leveraging system-generated insights to identify inefficiencies, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives that align global systems integration with strategic business objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and maintain global dashboards and reporting tools for real-time supply chain visibility.
  • Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics to anticipate risks and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize SAP and integrated digital platforms to continuously monitor supply chain processes from raw material sourcing through finished goods shipping.
  • Establish system-driven performance metrics and automated alerts to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance risks in real time.
  • Implement dashboards and analytics tools that provide visibility into procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across global systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret system-generated insights and drive process improvements aligned with business objectives.
