Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, procurement, logistics, and external vendors to align solutions with manufacturing and supply chain objectives.
- Assess supply chain risks (supplier reliability, lead times, geopolitical factors) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Leverage manufacturing and supply chain data to measure program impact, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Effectively present program updates to leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- Lead demand and supply planning processes, using statistical models and ERP/MRP systems to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or excess.
- Identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, and inventory management; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate and negotiate favorable outcomes.
