Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.
• Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process: Ensure all materials are available for production.
• Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain: Maintain inventory within target thresholds.
• Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
• Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate).
• Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.
• Lead supply/demand reviews: Ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with: Customers – to understand demand and service expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with: Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with: Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound and outbound flows.
• Drive IT tool enhancements to support: Demand planning.
• Drive IT tool enhancements to support: Material planning.
• Drive IT tool enhancements to support: Reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
