About The Position

Establishing a Supply Chain Program Management role in the US to oversee operations related to new projects awarded by both new and existing customers. Serving as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status, gaining a thorough understanding of customer requirements, and acting as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning, and presentation to customers. Collaborating closely with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective, ensuring precise and maximum customer commitment. Also, closely coordinating with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, thus optimizing the Manufacturing build plan. Conducting data analysis for business decision-making, including risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation. Developing and automating various reports, encompassing both internal and external business reporting needs. Driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.
