As Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will lead growth across key enterprise accounts within Regal Rexnord’s Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a critical driver of revenue and long-term partnership success—securing and expanding existing business, capturing competitive share, and identifying new growth opportunities by aligning innovative solutions with evolving customer needs. This role extends beyond traditional account management. You will define and execute long-term commercial strategies, influence product roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact. Operating at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product, you will leverage both technical insight and commercial acumen to solve complex challenges and strengthen Regal Rexnord’s strategic position. PES is one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating, water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and other OEM and aftermarket products. Brands include Genteq® motors, as well as Fasco®, Elco®, DEC Star®, Leeson, motor and blowers.
