OPENLANE is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Revenue Operations to own the core operational planning and performance infrastructure for their sales organization. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality data, leading the annual sales planning cycle, and developing analytical frameworks to enable faster, smarter, and more confident decision-making by Sales leadership. The position will design and manage critical components of the go-to-market engine, including territory design, account allocation, compensation modeling, and performance analytics, while also identifying opportunities for process streamlining and automation. The primary mandate is driving strategy, not just executing workflows. This role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on forecasting, productivity drivers, and revenue insight generation.
