About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Real Estate, Capital Projects PMO & Operations establishes, owns, and continuously improves the global management system governing Vertiv's Capital project portfolio. This role owns the standards, processes, controls, systems, data, reporting, and performance-management framework that provide leadership with consistent visibility into capital investments and project performance. The position is the operational backbone of the Capital organization and provides independent portfolio and project assurance by identifying material gaps in governance, project controls, financial reporting, risk management, and project performance. It is not intended to perform detailed project execution; rather, it ensures project teams work within a consistent, scalable, disciplined framework and that leadership has the information needed for timely decisions. Vertiv's Capital organization serves as the owner-side project-management function for real estate and facilities capital investments. Capital professionals oversee business requirements and outcomes, while qualified third-party firms generally perform detailed project delivery, including project/construction management, architecture, engineering, cost management, scheduling, construction, commissioning, and other technical services.
