About The Position

The Senior Program Manager, Real Estate Capital Projects, Americas is a senior owner-side project management professional who leads complex, high-value, strategically important capital projects and programs, generally totaling $50 million to $100 million and sometimes significantly more. The role represents Vertiv throughout the project lifecycle and integrates business requirements, investment objectives, third-party execution, risk management, decision-making, and leadership governance. The Senior Program Manager provides owner-side oversight of those partners and is accountable for business requirements, approved funding, scope, schedule, quality, risk, governance, reporting, commercial performance, commissioning, transition, and operational handover.
