Sr. Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network
About The Position
The Sr. Manager, Product Manager will join Capital One’s Global Payment Network Product team and help transform how customers engage with their money. The role focuses on streamlining merchant, acquirer, and issuer authorization approvals by owning the environment infrastructure and use cases, data certification processes, and operational workflows that onboard and test partners, authorize them to transact on network switches, and safely offboard them when needed. The role applies Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered product design, business-focused execution, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The position is designated hybrid and requires compliance with Capital One’s hybrid policy for onsite presence at the designated office location.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining by the scheduled start date, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Must be able to work in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid policy regarding required onsite presence at the designated office location.

Responsibilities
- Own environment infrastructure and use cases for the Global Payment Network.

- Ensure partners can be safely offboarded when needed.
- Translate customer needs into product solutions and drive outcomes through cross-functional teams.
