About The Position

Syntiant Corp. is seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to enhance its marketing function. The Sr. Manager, Product Line Management will own the MEMS microphone roadmap and product definition for the consumer electronics market, driving innovation and growth. The role partners with customers and cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities into differentiated products with exceptional audio performance and commercial success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
8–12 years of business- or engineering-related work experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Solid analytical skills and the ability to take initiative to solve complex problems.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and organization skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience in the semiconductor or electrical components manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Drive the MEMS microphone roadmap and product definition for the consumer electronics market.
Gather voice-of-customer insights and market knowledge of targeted customers and segments through competitive and market analysis to develop commercial strategies.
Lead NPI teams in taking products from concept to mass production.
Work with application engineering and R&D to develop outbound technical marketing collateral.
Coordinate global pricing strategy, analyze market pricing, and monitor end-to-end margins.
Work with R&D, Operations, and Finance to achieve cost targets that meet margin requirements.
