About The Position

The Sr Manager of Performance Marketing will define strategy for our affiliate partners (Amazon, Roku, YouTube) with the goal of acquiring high LTV subscribers. The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, but also has an ability to think wholistically about how their decisions help the company achieve its larger goals. In this role, the Sr manager will be on the forefront of partner relationships, budgeting and campaign planning.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required – degree in business preferred
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • 3-4 years working in a quantitative role on performance-oriented DSP/Platforms
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data on Excel, decipher trends, and develop strategic recommendations
  • Self-motivated with an ability to think independently, but also able to lead and motivate others toward a goal
  • Effectively communicate objectives and performance results cross-functionally and to leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with streaming distribution partners across Amazon PVC, Roku Channel, and/ or YouTube Prime Time Channels

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thinker and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across all wholesale partners (i.e. Amazon, Roku, Youtube, etc.)
  • Partner with senior leaders in developing and working toward ROI goals with an eye on maximizing LTV and reducing CAC
  • Track daily performance & trends across all wholesale partners to fuel when there is opportunity and pull back when there is risk
  • Formulate new strategies, and build out a testing schedule to maintain platform growth
  • Liaison with partner sales’ teams to lock in quarterly/ ad hoc plans, problem solve challenges, & optimizations
  • Work cross-functionally with our Creative, Distribution, Media, and Brand on title launches and company wide objectives
  • Allocate funds form a multi-million dollar budget across different partners, placements, and platforms based on real time data and forecasted trends
