Your Mission: You’ll own and scale paid media at AfterShip, serving as the technical expert behind the engine that drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth across our ICP accounts. From bidding strategy and audience targeting to creative testing and conversion analysis, you’ll lead performance across channels including Google Search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and emerging acquisition channels. You’ll inherit an existing paid media foundation with the opportunity to take it to the next level, improving unit economics, expanding the channel mix through thoughtful experimentation, and building a consistent pipeline engine for sales to convert. This role comes with significant autonomy, growing budgets, and direct support from the VP of Marketing, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of paid acquisition at AfterShip. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Marketing Ops, Vertical Marketing, Content, and Brand to execute high-performing, integrated demand generation campaigns.
