The Senior Manager, Materials Strategy and Deployment is a critical leadership role within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, responsible for establishing enterprise-level governance, strategy, and deployment excellence for materials planning, purchasing, and material flow across the Toro manufacturing network. This role serves as the single point of ownership for materials strategy development and deployment, enabling improved raw inventory WIP performance, reduced external storage and expediting costs, and improved materials availability across plants. The role will lead and facilitate a new enterprise Center of Excellence (COE), the Materials Standards Board (MSB), and work cross-functionally to define standards, drive best-practice deployment, and ensure alignment across systems, data, and site execution.
