AREA15 is seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded marketing leader to drive awareness, attendance, and revenue across our live event and programming portfolio. This role is responsible for marketing all ticketed events and recurring programming across the campus, including concerts, immersive shows, nightlife-adjacent experiences, and cultural events. From large-scale headline events to weekly programming, this leader will own the full marketing lifecycle: positioning, campaign development, sales pacing, and optimization. This is not a passive campaign role. This is a revenue-driving position accountable for filling rooms, scaling demand, and ensuring every event reaches its full commercial potential.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
  • 7+ years of experience in event marketing, live entertainment, nightlife, or ticketed attractions
  • Proven track record of driving ticket sales and scaling event attendance
  • Strong understanding of Las Vegas market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Experience managing full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience marketing nightlife, lounges, or DJ-driven programming is a plus, particularly for late-night and high-energy event formats
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or experiential venues strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Ticketure, EventHub, Claude and other AI tools is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to oversee a high-volume live event calendar across multiple venues or activations simultaneously
  • Strong manager with experience directing staff, freelancers, and contractors
  • Financially fluent, comfortable owning a P&L, building budgets and tracking performance against revenue targets
  • Skilled relationship builder with experience working across internal departments and external partners
  • Calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for all ticketed events and programming (concerts, Oddyssey Manor, Family Rave, residency shows, karaoke, block parties, etc.)
  • Drive ticket sales through full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels
  • Monitor daily sales pacing and adjust strategy in real time to maximize sell-through
  • Develop differentiated positioning and creative direction for each event and series
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, OOH, grass roots and on-property channels
  • Partner with internal creative and content teams to produce high-impact assets
  • Collaborate with programming and event operations teams to align marketing strategy with event concepts, timing, and audience targets
  • Build and grow repeatable audiences for recurring programming (weekly, monthly, seasonal)
  • Collaborate with digital marketing director on CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty strategies to drive retention and repeat visitation
  • Understand and activate key Las Vegas segments (locals, tourists, drive market, industry)
  • Track and report on key KPIs: ticket sales, revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and attendance
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and on-sale timing
  • Partner with digital marketing and analytics teams to refine targeting and attribution models
  • Work closely with Partnerships, PR, Social, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution
  • Align with nightlife and F&B teams where programming overlaps
  • Manage external agencies, promoters, and media partners as needed
  • Ensure all live event documentation, calendars, and recaps are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team environment
  • Respond to time sensitive matters.
