Overall Purpose Reporting to the Director, People Analytics and HR Automation, this position provides strategic leadership for the company’s HR systems, with primary focus on the long-term vision, optimization, governance, and effective use of Workday. This role partners closely with HR leadership to translate business strategies into scalable technology solutions that improve processes, create efficiencies, strengthen data integrity, and enhance the employee and manager experience. This position leads a team of senior HR systems analysts while also serving as a hands-on Workday subject matter expert. The role is responsible for team leadership, prioritization, coaching, system strategy, configuration support, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
