About The Position

This position is hybrid, with three days per week in Acosta Group’s Jacksonville, Florida corporate office. The role is responsible for day-to-day execution of facilities management and corporate service programs across an assigned portfolio of corporate offices and collaboration centers. Budget exceptions, enterprise standards, contract commitments, and material risks are escalated to the Head of Real Estate or relevant partners. The role oversees contract and vendor resources for its assigned portfolio but has no direct people-management responsibility at this time.

  • Administer site-level operating budgets within an approved annual plan by tracking spend, processing invoices and purchase orders, and providing cost, variance, and forecast inputs to the Head of Real Estate.
  • Build working relationships with site leaders, office managers, and employees to support daily operations and workplace improvements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional sustainability, workplace enhancement, and employee experience initiatives.
