About The Position
TEKsystems is partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking a Data Manager to lead and expand enterprise data governance and data management capabilities. The role will help establish trusted, high-quality data practices across the business and drive strategic initiatives involving data governance, data quality, metadata, and master data management. The position is permanent and fully onsite in La Vista, Nebraska; the posting also lists Omaha, Nebraska, or Overland Park, Kansas as locations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Develop and implement data management standards, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and impact analysis.
- Partner with business, IT, architecture, and engineering teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
- Drive adoption of data stewardship and data literacy programs.
- Mentor and lead a growing team of data professionals.
