About The Position

Leading the Enterprise Information Management team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance and upgrades for functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines. Provides ongoing ERP system support. May participate in defining requirements and selecting software vendors. Executes the implementation and manages performance of technology solutions in support of the strategy. Responsible for the maintenance, governance, and support of ERP (SAP, etc.) and relative business applications. Participate in the development, revision, and enhancement of functional processes in Delek system landscape to ensure accurate and timely data reporting. Oversees the development, implementation, and support of IT systems working closely with Delek personnel. Ability to exercise overall day-to-day control of projects and production systems, functional and technical resources, balancing the needs for projects and supporting production systems with the skills and capabilities of the team. Oversees the execution strategic direction for the Team and ensures achievement of established objectives. Reviews reporting and formulates action plan to ensure development and expected outputs are achieved.

Requirements

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required)
