About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Engineering leads a team responsible for designing and delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise technology capabilities. The role establishes the strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline needed to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. It combines people and execution leadership with sufficient technical depth to guide major decisions, resolve complex risks, improve engineering practices, and support modernization. The Sr. Manager partners with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, business, vendor, and senior leadership teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and deliver outcomes supporting Stellarus’ mission and technology strategy. The position is part of a leadership model focused on developing leaders, supporting employee growth, building high-performing teams, achieving results responsibly, and fostering continuous learning. This is a hybrid role. For most teams, the workplace model calls for office attendance two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need. The company may require additional office presence as business needs change. The role is based in an office environment with work-from-home office or desk work. Activity is sedentary for most of the workday. External hires must pass a background check and drug screen. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
