We are currently seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager. The Senior eCommerce Manager exists to drive online sales growth through website conversion optimizations, ongoing customer experience enhancements, and team leadership, which are critical for scaling the DTC businesses across the portfolio. This person is an eCommerce professional with both: Hands-on experience growing DTC sales Experience managing a small eCommerce team Role Summary The Senior eCommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing DTC operations, focusing on driving online sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the Society Brands portfolio. You will lead the strategy and execution of eCommerce initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, creative, performance marketing, lifecycle/retention marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record of scaling online sales and building customer experiences that grow conversion and customer loyalty.
