In this dynamic leadership role, you will shape and execute customer marketing strategies that drive demand, engagement, and conversion across North America. You’ll lead a team responsible for content, campaigns, and marketing automation. Ensuring we effectively reach end users and channel partners throughout their buying journey. The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 US Dollars per year Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, or trade marketing
  • Experience in B2B and/or healthcare/medical markets preferred
  • Strong understanding of two-step distribution models
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Experience with marketing automation, digital campaigns, and content strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with global teams and external agencies
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage through complexity

  • Prior sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of customer marketing and demand generation strategies across NA
  • Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Digital, and eCommerce teams to align content and campaign plans
  • Oversee creation and deployment of high-impact content across email, social, paid, and owned channels
  • Drive end-user engagement through marketing automation and targeted outreach programs
  • Collaborate with global teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing assets
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic account initiatives within the Medical segment
  • Manage and optimize content platforms and asset distribution strategies
  • Oversee trade show marketing and end-user engagement activities
  • Generate insights through qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy
  • Guide analytics and performance tracking to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage vendor relationships including print, fulfillment, and translation partners
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing automation and content team
