About The Position

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Sr. Manager, Contracts on behalf of its client, an aerospace, aviation and defense company. The role is part of the Contracts organization in Northampton, Massachusetts, and involves managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization. The successful candidate will negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and U.S. Government customers under FAR and DFAR regulations. This is a full-time, onsite position on a 9/80 schedule, with a base salary of $190,000 to $200,000. U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and U.S. Government customers.
• Negotiation experience with FAR Part 15 programs.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Experience with Department of Defense regulations such as FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, and CAS.
• Ability to work onsite in Northampton, Massachusetts.
• U.S. citizenship.
