Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience scaling a business/department.
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting executives, facilitating, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide decision support with research, analysis and synthesis.
  • Work with leadership across Strive verticals to understand capabilities required for success.
  • Facilitate and or monitor strategic cross-collaborative initiatives.
  • Act as the executive’s proxy at meetings and/or gate keeper of and the executive’s time.
  • Manage communications with key stakeholders, externally and internally.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.
  • Manage and execute special projects as designated by the COO and broader Executive team.
  • Be a bridge for communication between the COO and internal departments, with strong collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Facilitate and or monitor strategic cross-collaborative initiatives.
  • Supports the annual planning efforts and the execution of the annual business plan that includes internal and external communications and Striver engagement activities.
  • Program responsibilities such as executive reporting, project communications, management of issues logs and change requests, facilitating project meetings, managing deliverables, and ensuring resolution of escalated issues.
  • Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support for initiatives including regulatory and mandated projects, special projects, and corporate initiatives.
  • Leads, identifies, tracks, and reports on areas for increased efficiency.
  • Develops, monitors, and tracks metrics supporting budget and spend.
  • Create and manage a process for tracking and communicating actual results to Goals.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.
