The Sr. Manager Business Operations and Communications serves as an integrator and force multiplier for the site leadership team acting as a “bridge” to functional teams. This role ensures operational, strategic, and organizational priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and executed across the organization designed to improve efficiency, drive growth, or manage organizational change. The Sr. Manager Business Operations and Communications drives site-level initiatives, supports decision-making with data and insight, leads site level communications, and leads complex cross-functional efforts in a highly regulated GMP environment. The role requires strong business acumen, operational credibility, discretion, the ability to influence without direct authority and the willingness to take on tactical execution of tasks to support site teams. This role will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives across the four facilities.
