Position Summary We’re seeking an agile communicator and strong writer to join our dynamic, fast-paced clinician communications team at Signify Health. In this role, you will help us build both communication tactics and strategies to support Signify Health’s field-based clinicians with ‘one voice.’ This role involves supporting day-to-day communications, marketing campaign copy, emergency communications, special projects, newsletters, testimonial development and more. You will have the opportunity to interact with various internal stakeholders (i.e., IT, Product, Operations, Clinical Success, plus members of our clinician network), reporting to our Sr. Manager of Business Communications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the development of marketing and communication content and strategies, preferably in the health care environment. (Experience to include: written collateral, digital campaigns, internal/external newsletters, email copy, blog posts, etc.)
  • Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Able to fluently communicate via written and verbal methods in English
  • Knowledge and experience with AP Style, or comparable
  • Experience with email marketing tools (i.e., Hubspot, Mailchimp, SMC, or comparable)

Nice To Haves

  • Self-starter who can work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field strongly preferred
  • Internal/employee communication experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with communication to an advanced practice clinician audience, or relevant health care communications experience
  • Basic design experience (Canva, photo re-sizing, email header creation, etc.)
  • Ability to identify priorities, track progress, and multi-task effectively, with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed tight deadlines or competing priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Take responsibility for mistakes and make corrections/adaptations as needed
  • Experience working with full Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

Responsibilities

  • Writing email campaign copy to support recruitment marketing, clinician communication/engagement initiatives (including but not limited to regular newsletters, go-to-market launches for clinician-facing products and more)
  • Own the end-to-end build and deployment of digital messages and push notifications (including but not limited to list management, HubSpot campaign setup, workflow setup, etc.)
  • Developing internally and externally facing content to promote the clinician experience (i.e., blog posts, internal team spotlights, features about key clinician personas)
  • Contributing to and/or maintaining marketing and communication project plans and schedules
  • Developing basic creative assets for internal/external communications (email headers, social media images, etc.)
  • Other relevant duties as assigned to support Signify Health Clinician Communications
