About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing plays a critical leadership role in shaping and stewarding the Joe Fresh brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role translates enterprise and divisional strategies into integrated brand and campaign strategies that strengthen brand health, drive consumer relevance, and deliver measurable business impact. Unlike traditional category-based roles, this position leads Tier 1 brand campaigns and oversees always-on brand initiatives, including social, influencer, and evergreen assets. The Sr. Manager serves as a key connector across Loblaw enterprise partners, ensuring seamless integration of Joe Fresh into larger enterprise campaigns while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence. This role oversees a team responsible for full-funnel campaign development—from brief through execution—and is accountable for the long-term growth, performance, and health of the Joe Fresh brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Tier 1 brand campaigns, from brief development through creative execution and launch.
  • Translate brand-level strategy into integrated campaign strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning while driving measurable awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with internal and external creative teams to deliver high-impact, brand-building campaigns.
  • Champion the creation of new partnerships and drive best in class content creation, creator partners and community engagement.
  • Drive innovation across digital and content-first platforms to maintain cultural relevance and connection with our customer.
  • Leads the execution of marketing campaigns for portfolio and ensures execution aligns with annual plan objectives; acts as a key point of contact for agency counterparts, and other partners (e.g., Loblaw Media, Loblaw Digital) for the review and approval of creative.
  • Manages team performance against marketing portfolio and campaign objectives and important metrics through mentorship and professional development.
  • Acts as an advisor to category counterparts; collaborates across the Marketing organization and with other key partners to drive standard processes, shared takeaways, and efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with partners to incorporate powerful, innovative marketing strategies across paid, earned and owned channels, to drive relevant and best in class campaigns.
  • Supports leadership in the development of annual marketing plans.
