About The Position

OffSec is undergoing an exciting operational evolution, transitioning its marketing engine to support enterprise-level business patterns and objectives. This role is part of a structured, cross-functional team focused on global efficiency and scale. As the Senior Manager, B2B Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer engagement globally. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer skilled in translating high-level business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.

  • Experience bringing structured discipline and process to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Data-informed, high-agency marketer who thrives on turning high-level business objectives into structured, measurable marketing results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated campaign architecture, including full-funnel B2B marketing strategies for global campaigns and product launches, with a focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to create campaign messaging, assets, and targeted audience segmentation strategies aligned with buyer personas and lifecycle stages.
  • Oversee multi-channel digital campaign execution across marketing automation, paid media, email, web, content marketing, and SEO/SEM to drive pipeline growth.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and optimize campaigns based on real-time data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilize attribution tools to improve digital conversion paths and maximize campaign ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for growth marketing to internal stakeholders and lines of business, providing counsel and managing expectations.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for digital initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a global B2B campaign calendar, coordinating across creative, paid media, and analytics teams.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and external contractors to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
  • Leverage marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution, automated nurture tracks, and reporting.
  • Partner with the RevOps team to maintain campaign data integrity, ensure accurate tracking links, and build attribution models.
