The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) supports patient access to prescribed Eisai products by educating healthcare professionals about insurance coverage, reimbursement, and Eisai patient support programs. The ARM identifies and triages access or reimbursement issues, escalates them to appropriate internal or external partners, and manages communication through resolution. The role requires knowledge of payer coverage at the customer and regional levels and the ability to educate stakeholders on payer policies. Supporting the Neurology business unit, the ARM provides compliant access and reimbursement education related to an Eisai Alzheimer’s product. This includes understanding buy-and-bill, miscellaneous J Code billing, and specialty distribution procurement. The role is a field-based individual contributor on the Eisai Access and Reimbursement team within Patient Services/Market Access, and serves as the functional lead for activities across HCP offices, alternate infusion-care sites, State Societies, and health systems and institutions. The position works closely with and reports to the Associate Director, Access and Reimbursement. The ARM engages with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders responsible for physician reimbursement and patient coverage and access, including practice managers, financial counselors, pharmacy managers and directors, business administrators, State Societies, health-system C- and D-suite personnel, and revenue-cycle and integrity stakeholders. Regular in-person engagement with HCPs and other third parties is an essential function. Selected applicants may need to complete third-party credentialing or entry requirements, which may include vaccination attestations or proof, with reasonable accommodations available for qualifying medical or religious reasons.
