About The Position

The JCB Logistics Specialist supports the Control Tower Customer Experience Manager in delivering Maersk’s value proposition through excellent customer service. The role supports account development with data-driven analysis and reporting, builds synergies among involved parties, and identifies process gaps, alignment needs, and opportunities to create value. Working on-site at JCB, the specialist is expected to comply with the customer’s values and policies and represent Maersk at all times. The position is based at the JCB facility in Pooler, Georgia, five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated anticipated starting salary range is $75,000–$90,000.

Requirements

Three years of experience in international logistics or supply chain.
Knowledge of air freight, ocean FCL/LCL, and intermodal cargo flow and demurrage management.
Customer experience and stakeholder management skills.
KPI analysis and performance reporting skills.
Excel, MS Office, and data analysis skills.
Ability to build and present MBRs and prepare operational reporting.
Financial and budget analysis skills.
Knowledge of TMS, EDI, and milestone management.
Experience building and updating SOPs/IOPs and improving processes.
Problem-solving and exception-management skills.
Cross-functional and global collaboration skills.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
