About The Position

The Sr. Licensing Manager oversees the accessories product categories of cold weather knits, belts, jewelry, and hosiery. The role monitors market trends and competitor activity, plans and manages product-development milestones, maintains licensor product and development information, tracks product approvals, and coordinates reporting and showroom updates. The manager communicates development progress and issues to brand teams and works closely with design, sales, production, finance, planning, and licensor teams to support deliverables and timely execution.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Skilled in PLM.
Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and review competitors’ activities.
Perform competitive brand and pricing analyses.
Construct plans to ensure desired product-development milestones are met.
Manage milestone plans with the internal team to ensure timely completion.
Regularly update the licensor database with product and development information.
Track product approvals in the PLM portal.
Work with Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to consolidate licensor reporting.
Coordinate showroom updates with licensors’ visual merchandising teams.
Lead communication with the brand team on product-development progress and issues, including shipment or sample delays.
Work with internal design, sales, and production teams and follow up on licensor deliverables.
