Sr Legal Operations Specialist - Legal Technology Transformation
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused Senior Legal Operations Specialist – Legal Technology Transformation to help drive the modernization of the Legal function through technology, automation, data, and process improvement initiatives. You will report to the Senior Director of Legal Operations, Technology Transformation, and work from Honeywell’s Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule. As Senior Legal Operations Specialist, Legal Technology Transformation, you will be a key member of the Legal Technology Transformation team and will support the development, implementation, optimization, and governance of legal technology solutions across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal teams, IT, Global Security, and business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, strengthen governance, and advance Legal’s digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate combines legal operations expertise, strong technology acumen, project management capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
