Innovation & Transformation is Proskauer's function for innovation, transformation, legal technology enablement, and continuous improvement, responsible for delivering governed, adopted, and measurable change across practices, matters, and regions. You will help lawyers and business professionals across every practice get the most out of the technology and AI that shape modern legal work. You will design, deliver, train, and support; you will partner directly with lawyers and colleagues across the firm; and you will play a real role in a function that is reshaping how Proskauer operates.

Requirements

Experience in innovation, transformation, and legal technology enablement.
Ability to deliver governed, adopted, and measurable change.
Skills in helping lawyers and business professionals utilize technology and AI.
