Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or the equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience with e-discovery and legal technology in a professional setting. Corporate legal department experience preferred; law firm or e-discovery company experience will be considered with significant relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with legal tech, litigation hold procedures, e-discovery platforms and understanding of EDRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, matter management systems, and contract management systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from the Reckitt US headquarters in Nutley, NJ a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of legal technology solutions, including contract management, automation, AI, and workflow improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee contract administration processes, including intake, tracking key dates, signature management, and document retention.
  • Manage e-discovery processes, legal holds, data governance initiatives, documentation standards, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, IT, and outside counsel.
  • Oversee relationships with legal service providers and e-discovery vendors, including pricing negotiations and budget monitoring.
  • Serve as a legal technology resource for the legal team, providing training, guidance, and best practices.
  • Support attorneys with contract review, litigation, investigations, and other legal matters requiring independent judgment and operational expertise.
