About The Position

The mission of the Sr. Lead, Strategic Advisory is to lead high-impact client engagements, contribute to business growth, and support delivery of complex client engagements through human-centered, strategic leadership within the Human Experience (HX) team. You will lead a team of consultants in delivering transformative change initiatives that reshape how organizations operate, engage their people, and serve their customers. With expertise in change management, organizational culture and leadership transformation, and ICF credentials in professional coaching, you will partner with senior leaders to guide clients through key engagements while developing high-performing team members.

  • Human-Centered Strategic Thinking: Advanced ability to apply human-centered design principles to organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and develop innovative strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.
  • Thought Leadership & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling thought leadership, develop frameworks, and contribute to the team's market positioning.
  • Adaptive Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated agility in navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working effectively across teams to leverage diverse expertise.

  • Language Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to operate in both written and spoken Spanish with professional level proficiency is a strong asset (preferred not mandatory).
  • ICF credentials in professional coaching (level PCC preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Solution Design: Skilled at identifying opportunities, lead proposal development, design compelling solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Engagement Delivery: Demonstrated ability to oversee complex client engagements from scoping through execution, managing resources, and quality assurance, identifying executive and client alignment risks and resistance points and developing targeted mitigation strategies
  • Change Management & Culture Transformation:Expertise in change management methodologies and culture transformation practices, with a track record of designing and executing strategies that drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Leadership Strategy &Organizational Coaching: Possess professional coaching credentials (ICF, level PCC preferred) with the ability to develop and support leadership transformation programs and coaching strategy within complex organizations at scale.
  • Impact & Influence: Proven ability to coach, and mentor, fostering collaboration and high performance through impact & influence.
  • Strategic Client Partnership: Strong relationship management skills, building trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Human-Centered Strategic Thinking: Advanced ability to apply human-centered design principles to organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and develop innovative strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.

  • Engagement Delivery: Successful execution of multiple key engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable outcomes while managing scope, timelines, and resources across projects.
  • Change Management & Culture Transformation: Design and implementation of change management and culture transformation strategies that enable sustainable organizational change, resulting in measurable improvements in employee engagement and change adoption.
  • Leadership Strategy &Professional Coaching: Design and implementation of comprehensive strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities and successful execution of organizational coaching strategy efforts for clients by drawing on ICF credentials (PCC preferred) in collaboration with the Coaching delivery team.
  • Team Development: High-performing team developed and built through coaching, mentorship, and capability development, to accelerate individual growth and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues to develop insights, frameworks, thought pieces, and case studies that strengthen the Employee Experience team’s market positioning.
