The mission of the Sr. Lead, Strategic Advisory is to lead high-impact client engagements, contribute to business growth, and support delivery of complex client engagements through human-centered, strategic leadership within the Human Experience (HX) team. You will lead a team of consultants in delivering transformative change initiatives that reshape how organizations operate, engage their people, and serve their customers. With expertise in change management, organizational culture and leadership transformation, and ICF credentials in professional coaching, you will partner with senior leaders to guide clients through key engagements while developing high-performing team members.
