About The Position

The Senior Labor Analyst develops, implements, and maintains standardized reports and dashboards; conducts in-depth data analyses; and provides consultative support to system and local management. With an emphasis on labor and productivity and human resources, the role uses advanced statistical analyses, market research, and industry benchmarking to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. The position supports data-driven decision-making, workforce strategy optimization, and overall organizational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
Five years of progressive work experience emphasizing analytics and reporting; alternatively, three years of such experience with a master’s degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in healthcare.
Experience with Tableau.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
A master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
