About The Position

The Senior Labor Analyst develops, implements, and maintains standardized reports and dashboards, conducts in-depth data analyses, and provides consultative support to System and local management. With an emphasis on Labor & Productivity and Human Resources, the role uses advanced statistical analyses, market research, and industry benchmarking to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. The analyst supports data-driven decision-making, helps optimize workforce strategies, and contributes to overall organizational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 5 years of progressive work experience emphasizing analytics and reporting, or at least 3 years of such experience with a master’s degree.
Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
Experience working in healthcare.
Experience with Tableau.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
