About The Position
Join a team developing oligo purification methods. The role involves purifying, processing, characterizing, and formulating oligos using HPLC and UV-VIS, while supporting platform development, scale-up, and troubleshooting. The position also supports production and laboratory testing, equipment upkeep, inventory and data management, and development and improvement of laboratory procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience.
- Basic proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and detailed documentation practices.
- Comfort following SOPs, safety rules, and cGMP.
- Minimum associate degree in a science-related field.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run and support production and help ensure the quality of production and laboratory testing.
- Follow SOPs, OSHA requirements, and cGMP practices.
- Track inventory, raise requisitions, and enter data in SAP/LIMS.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Help design experiments and write protocols and reports.
- Contribute to improving SOPs.
- Complete required training.
- Purify, process, characterize, and formulate oligos using HPLC and UV-VIS.
- Support platform development, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
