About The Position

The Sr. Instructional Designer independently drives the design and delivery of innovative learning experiences aligned with strategic objectives. The role analyzes learner and performance data to refine educational content, evaluates learning solutions for effectiveness, and facilitates impactful training. It collaborates with subject matter experts and the Learning & Development team, incorporates learning technologies and methodologies, and promotes a culture of continuous learning across the organization. The position requires independent judgment and discretion, regular and punctual attendance, and availability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills in Agile Project Management, Business Alignment, Collaboration, Content Development, Instructional Design, Learning Analytics, and Learning Design.

Responsibilities

• Design instructional materials and courses aligned with organizational goals and learner needs, working independently.
• Analyze learner demographics and performance data to tailor and improve learning strategies and outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through data analysis and use findings for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure instructional content is accurate and relevant.
• Incorporate learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the educational experience.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to align learning initiatives with strategic HR objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, deliver content, and elicit participant feedback.
• Promote learning opportunities and best practices to champion a culture of continuous learning.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
