I2X Technologies is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support ongoing Corporate activities in Littleton, CO. This position will be hybrid and will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources. This position will have fantastic long-term growth opportunity, is made for an "in the weeds", hands-on individual, and provides the opporutnity for immediate impact in both the space exploration and Department of Defense fields. Interviews will begin for qualified candidates the week of 07/13/2026. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, policy administration, and HR operations. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees and management, helping ensure consistent application of company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic government contracting environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5–7 years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, affirmative action, and federal contractor compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote workforces.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and employee data reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish credibility with employees and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification within a designated timeframe.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Littleton, CO required.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification.
  • Experience supporting government contracting organizations.
  • Experience with Bamboo HR, Deltek, iCIMS and/or Jamis HCM.
  • Existing DoD security clearance.
  • Experience managing small teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Partner with managers to address performance concerns, corrective actions, and employee development opportunities.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support compliance with government contractor requirements, including EEO, OFCCP, and affirmative action obligations.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Support benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Maintain HRIS & ATS data integrity and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with leave administration, accommodation requests, and related employee programs.
  • Support training and development initiatives across the organization.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Provide guidance on HR programs, policies, and employment practices.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
