The Sr HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the daily support and configuration of the HRMS system. This role involves creating and maintaining reports for data analysis, translating customer report requirements into specifications, and working with internal customers to analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve issues. The analyst will also drive continuous process improvements and monitor existing audit and data integrity processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in a HRIS role of 4-6 years required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, human resources, statistics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderate system configuration functions for systems including table maintenance, configuration, security design, and administration
  • Perform analysis and import functions on mass update files such as comp increases, performance scores, dept/supervisor changes, etc.
  • Provide technical support for HR systems including troubleshooting bugs and issues via research, testing, and scenario re-creation.
  • Provide support for system build, monitoring, facilitating the Annual Benefit Enrollment period, and subsequent file and data transmission
  • Translate customer requirement needs to report specification needs and monitor specialist routine reports and audits to define opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Fulfill executive report requests and provide support with ad-hoc and time-sensitive data requests
  • Provide support with implementation and testing tasks in new and recurring data integration projects
