The Sr. Human Resources Generalist provides advanced, professional-level support to the HR Director in alignment with facility and department goals and objectives. While the HR Director offers strategic direction, this hands on role operates with a high degree of independence, managing multiple key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, retention initiatives, and performance management. The Sr. HR Generalist also plays a critical role in ensuring departmental compliance with facility policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
