We’re looking for two (2) Sr. HR Business Partners to join our Corporate Functions HR team. These roles will support the Technology, Strategy, and Legal organizations. In these roles, you will have the opportunity to coach and consult with leaders at multiple levels to help them achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and more. These positions are supported by the Sr. HR Director and HR Director for Corporate Functions. A day in the life... Work across all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring Corporate HR priorities to life. Use business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations will be critical. Partner with business leaders to identify and implement solutions that address key business priorities. Shape, support, and execute the people plan to accelerate business performance. Use external and internal insights, data, and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues. Lead talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization. Guide labor budget planning and execution in close partnership with business leaders, Finance, and key cross functional partners. Partner with COEs to implement HR programs and practices in a fast paced, complex, and matrixed business environment. Deliver leadership coaching and guide team effectiveness efforts to accelerate organizational performance. Support change management and employee engagement efforts. Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders on organizational design and capability building. Build strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders across the organization. Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, complex, and matrixed business environment.
