About The Position

iRestore is looking for a proven marketing professional responsible for paid media performance for social and search, including in-account execution for scale, oversight of creative needs for sprints, reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy, and overseeing and supporting other growth marketing team members.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-on environment. You don’t mind jumping in after hours when needed.
  • 5+ years of direct response Paid Social experience, with a heavy focus on Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record scaling Meta to $1M+/month in spend profitably (must-have).
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least 2 other Paid Social platforms (e.g. TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X).
  • Creative-minded with an eye for ad angles, hooks, thumb-stopping creative, and campaign structure that drives results.
  • Deep understanding of DTC funnels, CRO principles, and how creative, targeting, and landing pages work together.
  • Highly analytical—comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and optimizing fast.
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure. You don’t wait for things to break—you solve problems before they start.
  • Experience with MTA and MMM tools such as Northbeam, Prescient, etc

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Paid Social execution, from media buying and campaign build-outs to optimization and reporting—starting with Meta.
  • Scale Meta spend to $1M+/month profitably, with incremental lifts in revenue and ROAS.
  • Launch, test, and optimize across secondary paid social channels (TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, X, Reddit) with an eye on channel diversification and cost-effective acquisition.
  • Work closely with our creative team to brief, brainstorm, and iterate on high-performing ads that drive conversions.
  • Drive rigorous creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation strategies, and platform best practices.
  • Monitor key metrics daily and adjust budgets, bids, and creative direction in real-time.
  • Collaborate with CRO and data teams to tie channel performance back to landing page testing, funnel optimizations, and LTV growth.
  • Stay obsessively updated on platform changes, ad policies, and performance trends.
