Our partner is hiring a Growth Lead to play a critical, hands-on role in driving qualified pipeline across the business. This is not a brand-only or long-horizon marketing role—this position is focused on immediate impact through experimentation, execution, and performance optimization across growth channels. The Growth Lead will own end-to-end growth initiatives, from ideation through execution, including creative development, channel testing, media placement, performance monitoring, and iteration. Working closely with a small but experienced growth team, this role offers significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how growth is executed at a rapidly scaling SaaS company.
